Cao Fei was one of the four women artists representing China in the 52nd Venice Biennale chosen by curator Hou Hanru, Cao Fei debuted her first Second Life project there entitled China Tracy Pavilion: the real life pavilion was an inflatable house that mirrored the Virgin Garden in Second Life.
